Illa Mank'a Industries

Natural, wholesome, and chemical-free food.

Why Illa Mank'a?

ILLA MANK’A, which means “golden grain” in Aymara, is a Bolivian company dedicated to the production and industrialization of healthy and natural foods. It is inspired by the ancient dietary practices of the Andean culture to pass them on to current generations and contribute to improving their quality of life.

It produces food derived from quinoa, amaranth, cañahua, corn, chia, and rice in their different varieties, providing quality nutrients to children, youth, adults, and grandparents. Our challenge is to provide society with natural, healthy, and chemical-free foods, taking advantage of the great variety of native products that Bolivia offers. Thus, ILLA MANK’A promotes a balanced and sustainable diet in harmony with Andean ecosystems and cultures.

Our commitment to all-natural products

At ILLA MANK'A, we believe that eating well begins with choosing honest food: cultivated with respect for the land, free of chemicals, and in harmony with Andean knowledge.

Each ILLA MANK'A product is an expression of that commitment.
